Bug
In ArcGIS Velocity, when an Output Feature Layer shares the same item name as a Feed, the following error message is returned, "Outputs The name has already been used for a layer in the organization. Duplicate names cannot be used." The documentation only states "Feed names must be unique across an organization."

The documentation will be updated to better explain the restrictions.Workaround
- If the Output Feature Layer has already been created, delete the Feed that shares the same Item Name.
- If the Output Feature Layer has not been created, edit the name in the Layer's Properties.
