Bug
In ArcGIS Survey123 running on iOS devices with smart punctuation enabled when signing in using Windows authenticated credentials with a password consisting of special characters (single or double quote), the following error message is returned, "Unauthorized Access."

Workaround
Disable smart punctuation in the keyboard settings.
