In ArcGIS Survey123 Connect, when using the HTML tag hypertext reference in a note question, if the link used is in the form of a URL parameter, it displays “> before the link in the ArcGIS Survey123 website form.

Additional Information

The web app cannot handle question piping in HTML attributes like href, but using the calculation concat can achieve the same goal.

Workaround

Use a calculation concat('link') to create the hyperlink, it works as expected in both the field app and the web app.
