In ArcGIS Survey123 Connect, when adding a constraint to a dateTime question, if only the date is selected (the time is blank), the constraint is not applied in the web form.

Additional Information
This is by design. Date and time are both required before the constraint starts to work.Workaround
- Populate the time in the dateTime question before submitting the form for the constraint to apply.
- Set a default value to the dateTime question so it has both date and time populated.
