Bug
In ArcGIS Survey123 Connect version 3.19.116, when analyzing a survey prior to publishing, a permission error ,"[Winerror 32]: the process can not access the file because it is being used by another process" is returned when ArcGIS Pro 3.3 is also installed as a desktop app.

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Survey123. If the issue persists, contact Esri Support Services as additional information is required for further investigation.Workaround
Uninstall ArcGIS Pro 3.3 and reinstall an ArcGIS Pro version earlier than 3.3.
