This issue is not reproducible in the current version of ArcGIS Survey123 with the information provided. If this issue persists, contact Esri Support Services for further investigation.Workaround
To avoid this issue, make the attributes used for choice filtering alphanumeric, or use 'selected(${color_name}, color_name).’
