In ArcGIS Survey123 Connect, the ability to limit which file types to upload for a file question, such as in the ArcGIS Survey123 web designer, is not available.

Limiting the file types that can be submitted to a file question can be done using the body::accept column. This column allows both file extensions (for example, .wav) and MIME types (for example, audio/*). Multiple file extensions or MIME types can be set by separating them with commas.
