This issue is not reproducible in the current release of the software. If you are encountering this issue, please contact Esri Technical Support (for customers in the United States) or your Esri distributor (for customers outside the United States) to resolve this issue.Workaround
Instead of browsing to the JVM of the default JRE/JDK, browse to the ArcGIS Server jvm.dll (...\ArcGIS\Server10.0\java\jre\bin\server) from JavaConfigTools.exe. JavaConfigTools.exe is in the ArcGIS\Bin directory.Steps to Reproduce
