Bug
In ArcGIS Server 10.6.1, the Zookeeper platform service and Synchronization_Service fail to start on a CentOS 7.5 installation if the site is created using the createsite.sh script with the config-store and directories set to non-default paths.

Additional Information
ArcGIS GeoAnalytics Server has been removed from ArcGIS Enterprise at version 11.4 and as such, this issue is not being prioritized. See https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/deprecation-arcgis-geoanalytics-server-000032771Workaround
Use standard ArcGIS directories for the ArcGIS Server installation, and the service starts without an issue.
