In ArcGIS Pro, when running the Kernel Density tool with a processing extent, the output raster with the bilinear resampling type has a fuzzy appearance.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.6.Workaround
Workaround 1:
Turn on any layer other than the fuzzy output raster in question, and the output raster no longer appears fuzzy. Refer to Screenshot02.
Workaround 2:
Change Resampling Type to something other than Bilinear.
