In ArcGIS Pro, when a file geodatabase is placed in a file folder containing '.gdb' in the folder name, feature classes, feature datasets, tables, and so forth, cannot be added to the file geodatabase.

Workaround
- Remove the extra folder containing '.gdb' in the folder name.
- Alternatively, remove '.gdb' from the folder name.
