In ArcGIS Pro, when 3D features are placed below a raster surface and transparency is applied to the surface, the features underneath are not visible until the raster is 100% transparent.

Additional Information

The issue is no longer reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 3.5. The features in the 3D layers category are visible underneath a semi-transparent raster.
