Bug
In ArcGIS Pro versions 3.5.5 and 3.6, the Train ISO Cluster Classifier tool and the ISO Cluster classifier from Classification Tools return the “004096: There are only data samples to cluster, which is not enough.” error message when the Windows display language is set to Czech.

Workaround
- Change the Windows display language to English to successfully run both tools.
- Use the ISO Cluster Unsupervised Classification tool in the Spatial Analyst toolbox.
- The Train ISO Cluster Classifier has an optional parameter > Input Raster. If a DEM is provided, the tool runs successfully even with the Windows display language set to Czech.
