This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.1.x and 2.9.x. This is fixed in ArcGIS Pro 3.1.Workaround
- Use the Add Data option and choose Query Layer.
- In the Query window, modify the query to CAST the Float columns as BigNumeric. For example, CAST (average_freq_city as BIGNUMERIC) AS AVG_FREQ.
