Bug
In ArcGIS Pro, using the Feature Class To Feature Class tool from the History pane adds attribute fields from a previously copied feature layer to the newly created feature layer, assigning <NULL> values to the incorrectly appended fields.

This issue is not reproducible using the Export Features command in the latest ArcGIS Pro 3.x versions.Workaround
- Do not open the tool via the History pane. Instead, open the tool via the geoprocessing pane within the recent area.
- Open the tool directly from the geoprocessing pane by searching for the tool.
- Upgrade to ArcGIS Pro 3.0.
