In ArcGIS Pro, the values in the drop-down list for the Expression Builder in the Select Layer by Attribute tool are cut off no matter how far the tool pane is expanded.

This is addressed during ArcGIS Pro 2.3 release. The picker wraps long strings and the control expands to show them.
