Workaround
There is a known issue in ArcGIS Pro where; after adding the item, nothing appears on the map.
The following is the workaround: Switch the processing template to None, then switch it back to the original template (or any other template). This will trigger the map to display correctly. Both methods are tested.
- Download via ‘Open in ArcGIS Pro’.
- Add the map from the Catalog pane in ArcGIS Pro.
- Additionally, Global Solar Atlas service are planned to be migrated to a hosted image service in the near future, which we hope will help resolve this issue more permanently.
