In ArcGIS Pro, the output fields are not re-populated when a new Target Dataset is chosen in the Append tool.

Additional Information
If changes are made to the Field Map parameter through the first Target Dataset, it is not automatically updated when other parameters are updated. Note: Field Map can be easily updated by briefly switching the Field Mapping Type and returning it to 'Use the field map to reconcile field differences'.Workaround
- Set Option to 'Match ...'
- Set Option to previous 'Use the Field Map to reconcile field difference.'
