Bug
In ArcGIS Pro, the Military Grid Reference System (MGRS) grid labels do not display when the offset value on the Components tab under Appearance is negative, and the 'Clip to UTM zone boundary' check box is checked on the Options tab in the Map Grid properties.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.6.Workaround
Use a positive value for offset on the Components tab under Appearance.
