In ArcGIS Pro, the loading time is very long for local scene and data with coordinate systems such as AGD 1966 AMG Zone 55 and GDA94 MGA Zone 55.

This issue is no longer reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 2.9.Workaround
Right-click the scene in the Contents pane, click Properties > Transformation, and change the transformations to AGD 1966 To WGS 1984 17 NTv2.
