In ArcGIS Pro, the Layer to KML tool significantly deforms a feature class with true curves that was created from the Buffer geoprocessing tool.

Use the Pairwise Buffer geoprocessing tool to create the feature class with true curves that will be inputted in the Layer to KML geoprocessing tool.

OR

Remove the true curves by converting the feature class to a shapefile prior to using the Layer to KML geoprocessing tool.
