In ArcGIS Pro, the KML To Layer geoprocessing tool adds a layer despite the GPExecuteToolFlags.None parameter being set.

The development team has considered the issue and concluded it will not be addressed. If this is still a concern, contact Esri Support Services.Workaround
In ArcGIS Pro, click the Options in Project and select Geoprocessing. Then, uncheck the Add output datasets to an open map option. The options set in Add-in cannot override the options set in ArcGIS Pro.Steps to Reproduce
