In ArcGIS Pro, the 'Extract Multi Values to Points' tool does not initially populate the field in the attribute table when executed as a model tool.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.4.Workaround
In the model, add the output from the 'Extract Multi Values to Points' tool as a model parameter to interact with the layer in the project. If not, the model parameter results are considered intermediate and do not interact with the active map layers.
