In ArcGIS Pro, the Extract Features Using AI Models tool returns the following warning message, "Warning 260238: Unknown error occurred and the tool could not process the model - '<name of model>'."

Workaround

Download a local copy of the ArcGIS pretrained model (.dlpk file) from ArcGIS Living Atlas of the World, specify it under the Additional Models parameter, and run the Extract Features Using AI Models tool.
