In ArcGIS Pro, the 'Adding data' dialog box does not appear when adding data using the ‘Add Data’ button.

Additional Information
The issue cannot be reproduced using ArcGIS Pro 2.6 and ArcGIS Pro 2.7. When the process of adding the data to the map takes longer than a given amount of time, an ‘Adding data’ message appears informing the user about the Adding data process progress.Workaround
Drag and drop data from the Catalog pane, and the Adding data dialog box appears.
