In ArcGIS Pro, Select by Attribute SQL queries do not find the uppercase letter V if the condition for finding it is followed by any other condition.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.4.Workaround
Put the condition for the uppercase letter V at the end of the query conditions. However, this is not apparent with large sets of data with several alphanumeric and numbers stored as text rows. The odds of seeing an alphanumeric character with only the uppercase letter V in it is selected by a query looking to separate alphanumeric data from numbers stored as text is more unlikely with larger data.
