In ArcGIS Pro, searching for portal items with a specific keyword returns irrelevant results.

If equivalent searches are conducted in ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online the same results are returned. The hypothesis is the two applications are doing different things because user only consider the text typed into the search box. There are other factors, like the sort and filter options are applied which were not considered. In ArcGIS Pro, the default sort is based on Date Modified, with the sort order set to return Most recent items first. The default setting is chosen based on user feedback. However, in ArcGIS Online the default sort is based on Relevance, with the sort order set to return the most relevant items first. If in ArcGIS Online the sort is changed from Relevance to Date Modified, the same items are returned in the search results as in ArcGIS Pro, except ArcGIS Pro filters out many items which cannot be used in ArcGIS Pro. This would not be filtered out in an ArcGIS Online search.Steps to Reproduce
