In ArcGIS Pro, query layers for SDO_Geometry polyline feature classes do not draw when the 'Coordinates include M values' box is checked in the New Query Layer window.

Workaround

In the New Query Layer window, manually typing the query definition as 'Select * from <table_name>' allows the query layer to be drawn successfully.
