In ArcGIS Pro, query layers for SDO_Geometry feature classes do not draw when the 'Coordinates include Z values' box is checked in the New Query Layer window.

Workaround

In the New Query Layer window, manually type the query definition as 'Select * from <table_name>' to allow the query layer to draw successfully.
