In ArcGIS Pro, not all parameters in the Build Frames & Cameras Tables tool are exported correctly if the Windows region or language is set to Swedish (decimal comma).

Workaround
Change the language setting to English or keep the Swedish setting and actively change the decimal symbol from a comma (default) to a point.
