Bug
In ArcGIS Pro, Microsoft.Extensions.Configuration.Abstractions.dll version 2 in ArcGIS Pro 3.0 is not compatible with the ArcGIS Pro SDK. NET 3.0. It should be Microsoft.Extensions.Configuration.Abstractions.dll version 6.

Workaround
Manually overwrite Microsoft.Extensions.Configuration.Abstractions.dll version 2 in C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Pro\bin, available in the Output directory of this project after building, with Microsoft.Extensions.Configuration.Abstractions.dll version 6, the project will start without problems.
