Bug
In ArcGIS Pro, exporting a layout that uses a Bing basemap does not honour the display of the basemap as shown in ArcGIS Pro when it is exported (to any format type i.e. PDF, JPEG, PNG, etc.).

Workaround
Use a different basemap, such as Esri's basemaps (In Canada, the Community Map of Canada basemaps are the most accurate).
