In ArcGIS Pro, exporting a feature class after using the Navigation tool to change the direction does not return any output for all features when the Current Display Extent option is set in Environment.

Additional Information

Rotation does not impact the map extent. Review the Map Properties and navigate to the Extent page with a north-up map. Then rotate the map and check the extent properties for the Current visible extent again and the values remain unchanged. An enhancement could be requested from the mapping team to adjust the extent based on map rotation.

Workaround

After selecting the desired display extent in an ArcGIS Pro map, use the Select tool to highlight all features to export to a new feature class. All selected features are exported successfully into a new feature class.
