Additional Information

This issue has been addressed in ArcGIS Pro 2.9 so that Table Export tools honor the 'allow geoprocessing tools to overwrite existing datasets' geoprocessing option.

Workaround

Run the ‘Table to Table’ (Conversion) geoprocessing tool on the input table or feature layer.
