In ArcGIS Pro, corrupted .gif files are produced from the Export Movie pane when the basemap visibility is turned off and the visibility of feature classes is toggled between keyframes.

This issue is not reproducible starting with ArcGIS Pro version 3.6.Workaround
Use a third-party software or other video editing software to create a .gif file with a white background.
