Additional Information

The issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.1.

Workaround

  1. In ArcGIS Pro, open the attribute table of the feature class (can be saved in File Geodatabase).
  2. Select multiple rows.
  3. Switch to Selected View of the same attribute table, and click on one of the rows to highlight in yellow color.
  4. Click the Delete Highlighted icon on attribute table ribbon.

Note: The blue-colored highlighted selection in the Select View will have only one record less than previous selection because of the deleted row (used to be highlighted in yellow).
