Workaround
If the user has access to ArcMap, the .cit raster files can be converted into an ArcGIS Pro supported raster format before use.
Steps:
- In ArcMap, create a folder connection to the directory containing the .cit files.
- Right-click the .cit file and click Export > Raster to Different Format.
- The Copy Raster tool opens. Leave most settings as default and click OK.
- The exported raster dataset can then be added and used in ArcGIS Pro without issue.
