Additional Information

ClearWorkspaceCache() enables the removal of locks when possible. It does not function as a tool to remove all locks from data that is being actively used. A feature layer in an open map will hold a lock on a feature class while that map is open, and ClearWorkspaceCache() is not expected to remove it.
