In ArcGIS Pro 3.2, using a Python script to print an attachment as a PNG when shared with the organization in an Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA) 11.1 environment produces a 1KB file where the image does not appear. This only happens in an IWA environment, as confirmed by testing.

The issue is related to the script syntax rather than an issue with ArcGIS API for Python.Workaround
Set the hosted feature layer to be shared publicly. Alternatively, use ArcGIS Pro 3.1.
