Issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 3.2.2 or 3.3.Workaround
Change fields with Big integer (64-bit integer) to another appropriate field type, such as Short (16-bit integer), Long (32-bit integer), Float (32-bit floating point), or Double (64-bit floating point).
