Additional Information
In ArcGIS Pro 3.0, the Charts team introduces support server-side processing when the data comes from an enterprise database or cloud data warehouse. As noted in the documentation (https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/3.0/help/analysis/geoprocessing/charts/enterprise-database-and-cloud-data-warehouse-support.htm), one limitation of server-side processing is that color matching is no longer supported. Anticipating that some users might want to turn off server-side processing to bypass the limitations, a How To article (https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/bypass-limitations-for-charts-in-pro-3-0-000027747) describes how to disable server-side processing in ArcGIS Pro versions 3.0 and 3.1.
After considering user feedback, in ArcGIS Pro 3.2 server-side processing is disabled by default and a new banner is introduced with a toggle that allows enabling or disabling server-side processing through the UI (https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/analysis/geoprocessing/charts/enterprise-database-and-cloud-data-warehouse-support.htm).
Workaround
