In ArcGIS Pro 3.1.2, the Contour tool returns the error message, "ERROR 010667: The statistics of the raster are not up to date." Update the documentation to state that a skip factor of 1 is required.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.3.Workaround
When calculating the statistics on the source data, do not apply a skip factor and use a skip factor of 1.
