Additional Information
The issue is non-reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 3.2_48899. The release of this version is soon to be available to the public. Users experiencing this issue are encouraged to upgrade ArcGIS Pro.
Workaround
There are two possible workarounds:
- Stick to the versions of ArcGIS Pro that does not reproduce the problem. ArcGIS Pro version 3.0.x has been tested and there is no problem.
- Download the service to a file geodatabase from ArcGIS Online. For an example that has the content_type as an application/octet-stream in the related attachment table, change it to image (JPEG) and overwrite the service.
