In ArcGIS Pro 3.0.1 or 2.9.x, publishing a layer with the time attribute from ArcGIS Pro to Portal for ArcGIS or ArcGIS Online and reinserting the feature layer to ArcGIS Pro leads to a time difference between the feature class-based layer and feature service-based layer.
