In ArcGIS Pro 2.9.3, the Enrich tool returns Error 160145: "The field is not nullable" when the feature class contains GlobalIDs.

Additional Information

This issue is not reproducible in both ArcGIS Pro 3.0 final release and ArcGIS Pro 3.1_40204 which is currently in development.  Consider upgrading to the latest release of ArcGIS Pro if this issue persists in an earlier version.

Workaround

  1. Export the feature class into a file geodatabase and remove the Global ID field.
  2. Open the Enrich tool.
  3. Input the new exported feature class and add the desired variables.
  4. For Define areas to enrich, select Straight Line.
  5. Leave the rest as default.
  6. Click Run.
