In ArcGIS Pro 2.9.10, running the Color Coded Layer (Business Analyst) geoprocessing tool with certain variables fails, and the following error message, "ERROR 080335: Map Service containing 2024 Average Housing Spending per Household was not found or is unresponsive" is returned.
