In ArcGIS Pro 2.9.1, when the decimal separator is set to comma, the Calculate Geometry Attributes tool fails on a float or double field and returns the following error message, "Calculate Geometry Attributes failed".

Workaround

  • Use a text field to calculate the coordinates.
  • Switch the decimal separator to period in the region settings.
