Additional Information
The issue is the BIM file has the length unit set to millimeters and the base point is populated with the values as if units are in meters.
Workaround
- Restart ArcGIS Pro and select Zoom To Layer again.
OR
- Upgrade the Revit file before bringing it into the local scene.
Update the base point values to be millimeters.
Original base point values:
X: 559352.3777
Y: 3700970.4496
The correct values for the base point:
X: 559352377.7
Y: 3700970449.6
