In ArcGIS Open Data, if a filter is used on fields called either Status or Type when downloading, the download fails with an error.

Workaround

• The entire dataset can be downloaded with no filter. Use a filter at the desktop level to retrieve the required information after the download.
• Use Filters on other fields when downloading filtered datasets.
