In ArcGIS Open Data, CSV table records multiply after browsing back to the dataset page when there is a space in the first field name and the table has over 1000 records, causing duplication in the downloaded spreadsheet as well.

Workaround

Remove the space from the first field name prior to adding the CSV to My Content.
